How does one go about modifying the date format within a Report Description?

How do I modify the date format within a report's Report Description? The date is currently displayed in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY and I would like it to be displayed in MM/DD/YYYY.

    Thank you for your reply, Christian. After further investigation, the issue is still unresolved. Here are some additional details:

    -the improper date format (DD/MM/YYYY) is displayed next to "Report Description:" on all reports generated from within Report Manager, whether or not they are scheduled, created, or run manually.

    -If Properties are accessed for any of the listed reports, dates are displayed correctly (MM/DD/YYYY) on both the Configuration tab (under Reporting Period) and the Schedule tab.

    -reports display "Report prepared by myusername". I am a local administrator on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 x86 server.

    -Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Short date is configured correctly as MM/DD/YYYY.

    -HKU\S-1-5-18\Control Panel\International displays the following values:

    iDate: 0

    sShortDate: M/d/yyyy

    sShortTime: key does not exist

    sTimeFormat: h:mm:ss tt

    Are there any particular files that I may need to edit in order to resolve this issue? For example, a style file similar to crepconf.xml or creplang.xsl?
