FW installation failing

I am using a standalone installation package that has installed Sophos 9.55 successfuly at first glance. However, the update continuously fails w/ the below log error. The SCF is already installed, im not sure why it attempting to install it again...The FW is enabled on the client. Any ideas or direction of investigation?

    Hello darms21,

    the ALUpdateyyyymmddThhmmss.nnnnnnn.log might have the reason why the (re-)install is attempted. The install error should be in one of the Sophos Client Firewall xxxxxx Log.txt files in %windir%\Temp.
