Updating IDE manually

We have some machines that never goes online, but still need IDE.

I have downloaded the IDEs and extracted them in the the  C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus-folder.

But when I check the IDE in Sophos Endpoint Security and Control->View Product Information->Anti-virus and HIPS->Software->Detection Data,  the IDE information remains unchanged.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way to update the Detection Data information?
