Enterprise Console 3.1 Will not start

Hi,

Had to revert back to Enterprise Console 3.1 as V4 simply wouldn't work, even after 5 weeks of assistance from support.

EM library appears to be ok and has updated successfully ( I think).

When I try to start the console I get the following error message;

'The procedure entry point ??0CFunctionTrace@trace@@QAA@ABU_GUID@PB_WZZ could not be located in the dynamic link library EmTrace.dll'

Have repaired installation then fully reinstalled but still getting this message.

Any suggestions welcomed.

    I added a whole bunch to a group but most just have the orange arrow on the computer icon, others have the hourglass. I currently have no clients updating successfully.

    Not sure about the database part. How can I check I'm using sophos3?
