Upgrading Sophos Enterprise Console 4.5 - 4.7

We are currently running 4.5.1.0 enterprise console and want to upgrade to 4.7. When I run the upgrade advisor I receive the following error that I can't find any information about.

"User can create databases and stored procedures","The user does not have the SQL permissions to create databases and stored procedures. Ensure that the user has System Administrator rights within SQL.","Critical"

I'm attempting to do the upgrade on a domain admin account that has SysAdmin priveleges on our SQL 2008 server. Can someone tell me what steps I have to follow to get by this error?

    Hello stinndler ,

    apparently Prerequisite checks performed by the Sophos Upgrade Advisor: what they mean does not reflect the latest version of the tool (Aug 2011) as this check was not in the March 2011 version.  Can't say what it is testing (I've already asked for an update to this article) but maybe the log (found in ...\Local Settings\Temp\1 \Sophos_Upgrade_Assistant_Log.txt ) can give a hint. At least it it contains some details (especially about the database checked).

    Not very likely that one of the "advisors" here has encountered it (they upgrade early and don't make mistakes :smileywink:) so you should give Support a call.
