Microsoft Office 2007 Documents Problem SAVDID

We are using SAVDID interface for Antivirus scan in our application. MS Office 2007 documents are identified as infected files by Sophos. However if I use MS Office 2007 Files created in safe mode are working fine during scanning.

Is this a problem with MS Office Add-ins. Any help is appreciated on this.
