Application control - how to reset event count

Having successfully trialled Application control and configured the policy with exclusions, I want to reset the event count for some clients - is there any way to acknowledge the events and reset count to zero?

    There is AFAIK no interface or utility to do that (PurgeDB.exe doesn't offer to select a specific client) but I assume deleting them from the Events table using an appropriate WHERE clause is safe.
