Sophos Update Users on Windows Foundation Server

Hi

I have 2 user accounts for Sophos with the description 'Used for download of Sophos updates), one for each Windows Server on the network. I would like to combine these 2 accounts into one, as one server is a Windows Foundation Server which only has licencing for 15 users, and we are on the limit because of the 5 Sophos user accounts.

What issues would arise from me disabling one of these accounts? Would it be possible to configure both servers to use the same account?
