Application control with on/off campus detection...

Hi everyone.  Is it possible to setup application control policies (or any policy) that can detect whether it is on campus (managed network) or off campus.  We would like to look into application control, but so far haven't been able to set it up so things are blocked whilst on campus and not whilst off.

We are running Endpoint Protection 10.0
