Unable to protect PCs from console

Hi all,

Running EC 4.5.0.9 on Server 2003 SP2, I've just installed NAC on the same server as well. I am not able to protect PCs form the console, the orange arrow does not change to green and the software is not installed on the client - I have verified by watching the PC and also by the fact that I am trying to protect already protected PCs to add the NAC client. The server has the firewall off at present and client PCs have the firewall exceptions added for Sophos.

Where should I be looking for logs to help with this!? Nothing of any use is in the event viewer.

    Thanks I'll have a look through that thread and the ones mentioned it, unfortunately I don't get any errors listed in the console. It just sits with the orange download arrow showing against the PCs. We run a mix of XP, Vista and 7 (64 bit). I can manually install the software from the PCs, but would rather not as we have over 400. It has previously worked fine, other than adding in NAC I can;t think of anything else I've changed!
