Web Content Scanner and Windows 7

I am having a problem where our email login page is slow to load when the Sophos Web Content Scanner is turned on.  It takes about 10 seconds before you can type in a username and password without characters being missed.  Okay for me, but users are submitting help requests for new keyboards!

This was affecting Windows XP and Windows 7, but I ensured that the URL is in our IE Trusted Sites security zone and followed the steps in  "Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+: how to centrally exclude Internet Explorer Security Zones from being scanned by Sophos web content scanning" document. This helped the Windows XP computers, however Windows 7/IE9 computers still have a problem.

Anyone know how to get Win 7 Sophos Web Content Scanner to not scan the Trusted Sites Zone?

I have read the forums and see where folks have had the same issue, but haven't seen a good resolution yet.  I have a support call in to Sophos, but no response yet.

Thanks!

Holly
