On access scanning exclusions

Hi

I am running SEC 5.2.2 on a windows domain. On our terminal server we have Sophos End Point Security and Control 10.3. We are having an issue when the terminal server users want to upload files to a website called wetransfer. For some reason on access scanning stops the file from being uploaded to the website. Once i disable the on access scanning it works fine. Is there some way i can allow an exclusion so that i can enable on access scanning and they can still upload the files to the website.

I did have a thought of creating a folder on the server and excluding that folder from on access scanning but would prefer not to do it that way

Any help would be appreciated

    what is stops? With what message or what does indicate that it is stopped? I assume you have tested that the scanner does not complain if you open or copy the file locally. If the file is clean there must be some other reason that it is blocked. The On-Access setting affects Data Control (DLP) and possibly Download scanning (if set to As on-access) - in the latter case an exclusion won't help. But this is speculation, so back to my initial question: What is stops?
