Error on a Machine

i have an errorScreenHunter_523 Feb. 06 09.34.jpg

cant seem to clear it, reinstalled, still there, uptated still there , same as all other machines in the fleet they have no issues,called sophos support they say nothing to worry about, but i want it away? any ideas?  anyone?

    you should be able to clear the error using (right-click the endpoint in the console) Resolve Alerts and Errors ... -> tab Errors.

    BTW - the message which couldn't be decoded is likely The on-access driver failed to determine the name for a file (you should be able to find the original message in the endpoint's AV log, SAV.txt).
