    Hello A_K,

    k3i1kp will probably have to give some details. It's a fatal error and says:

    Description: Error calling

    Error message: The stub received bad data.

    Source: CQuarantineListCtrl::Reload, line 877

    Parameter: No paramater available

    Call stack:

    CQuarantineListCtrl::Reload

    Items in Quarantine are at least 2 (can't say if it's 2 or some other number starting with 2 as the error window overlays this part).

    Locale seems to be Arabic judging from the displayed digits 

    @k3i1kp : I'd use Email report (bottom left in the error window) to contact Sophos' support

    This error will require a reinstallation of the Sophos endpoint, however I recommend contacting Sophos support to investigate if there is an underlying software issue or if it is caused by local variables.
