Hello,

What about this error when I want start right-click scanning:

the exception unknown software exception (0x0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x58fa15c2

HI,

What do you right click on to scan to cause this? I'm wondering if it's object specific or always comes up regardless of what is scanned?

Also what version of SAV and what OS?

OS verions: Windows XP SP3
SAV version: 9.5.5
1 second after starting right click scanning, I have this error

Hi,

What do you right click on to provoke this error?

A particluar file/folder, C drive, my computer? Or do you get the error regardless?

Does SAV work generally apart from the right click scan?

E.g. You can open the interface and it says on-access scanning is enabled?

Hi,
This error occures whenever I want to scan the computer by right click scan or using SAV.
It doesn't depend on any drive or folder.
On-access scanning is enabled.
