I am in the unfortunate position of having to install PGP Desktop to transfer data to HMRC. So far I have amanged to destroy 1 Citrix server, a PC and a laptop with this app. It seems like there is an issue with Sophos and PGP - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH168244 as you can see from this link Syamntec's very helpful workaround is to "uninstall Sophos AutoUpdate component or just set the service to disabled", which is not very helpful in anything but the very short term. Has anyone come across this issue and found a viable solution?
