Nathan, if Sophos was set to delete files, is ther a way to recover them other than a backup?

Recovery of the Sophos files is easy, but if 3rd party files were deleted then restoring from backup or copying from an unaffected client is the only recourse currently. There has been some success repairing installations for these 3rd party applications as well. (Add/Remove Programs > Repair)
