Is any one else seing this alert - Shh/Updater-B False positives

Virus/spyware 'Shh/Updater-B' has been detected in "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\Web Intelligence\swi_update.exe". Cleanup unavailable. This is trickling in as alerts but at an alarming rate.

Need your help..
can you list down the step?
What to you mean by after applying the C:\Program Files\Sophos exclusion?
Where can I do that?
The problem is I cannot update from client to server, even I want to update from server to client also no respond....
What to do ??
