Is any one else seing this alert - Shh/Updater-B False positives

Virus/spyware 'Shh/Updater-B' has been detected in "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\Web Intelligence\swi_update.exe". Cleanup unavailable. This is trickling in as alerts but at an alarming rate.

    After following the instructions to delete the agen-xuv.ide and restart service and run update, our customers servers still are not downloading the javab-jd.ide file to then push out to the endpoints. Is there a manual way we can download the ide and save it in the correct location on the server to then push out to the endpoints?

    Calling Tech support and leaving our details doesn't help us resolve anything with angry customers unable to function properly.
