Is any one else seing this alert - Shh/Updater-B False positives

Virus/spyware 'Shh/Updater-B' has been detected in "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\Web Intelligence\swi_update.exe". Cleanup unavailable. This is trickling in as alerts but at an alarming rate.

  • We are at over 2000 machines with false positives and about 300 servers....

    It sure would be nice for them to use their News and Notifications section to at least put out some communication....

    They are clearly aware that their phone system can't handle the calls coming in so we sit here in the dark talking to each other.

    This is the second incident we have had with Sophos in the last month that has severly impacted our production envornment which a major part was because of piss poor communication from Sophos....

    Well our contract is up with them on 30 Oct. Looks like this is the nail in the coffin for Sophos in our environment...
