Is any one else seing this alert - Shh/Updater-B False positives

Virus/spyware 'Shh/Updater-B' has been detected in "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\Web Intelligence\swi_update.exe". Cleanup unavailable. This is trickling in as alerts but at an alarming rate.

    I did get through to support, they took my name, company, and serial number. He advised a fix "soon" and that it had been escalated to the highest levels. I'm worried about how to fix the updater if the updater is the mechanism to fix the updater... Especially after 5 PM EST when most people have left for the day and their computers may be off. 

    Hey, at least Sophos didn't quarantine a critical Windows / system file! Worst case, we can re-"Protect" all of the computers (or use your software distributor of choice).
