False positive mal/HTMLgen-a

Sophos users are reporting that they're getting this Mal/HTMLGen-A error for my site: https://primehealthbg.com/

I scanned my website multiple times and everything looks ok. I submitted a ticket via the ticketing system and my request was rejected without an explanation. 

Can you advise me on how to solve that issue?
