need to do a restore

Our install of EM4.7 has got itself in a bit of a mess, so I need to do a restore, what is the best way to go about this?

We're running EM console, manager and NAC on one server with the EM and NAC databases stored on our SQL server.  The server is a Hyper-V based w2k8sp2 box so I can mess with it a fair bit without messing stuff up. I can DR recover the whole box from a couple of weeks ago but would prefer just to restore Sophos.  What do I need to restore?

    I have no experience with Hyper-V so can't say what could have caused this issue. Support has certainly taken a look at the logs - so just out of curiosity, what's written to the SUMTrace log when you click Update? Or does it does nothing when you click on update actually mean you see no change in the console at all and no changed fields in the SUM details afterwards?
