WEB CID setup question

Hi Guys,

Since our upgrade to the latest version of the Enterprise Console and the Updatemanager our webCID isn't working anymore.

If I follow the following article in step 5 is said to share the CID folder. Is this de CID folder or the Sxxx folder?

    The only thing left for me then is to find out why the client isn't updating then.

    There are two places to look at: The ALUpdate log on the client (should tell you whether it can connect but some files fail or can't connect at all) and the webserver (IIS or whatever) logs on the server. Also try to access the update location from the client using a browser.
