Updating halfway?

Here is a copy of the log from my client, it looks like the client is connecting to the update server for somethings but can't connect for others.  Any ideas?

    Ensure the user account SRV-MAINT\SophosUpdateMgr is not locked out.
    Ensure the computer browser service is started on the server.

    If there is a machine that is updating successfully - try the following:
    On a machine that is working, copy the following file:
    C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Config\iconn.cfg

     
    Paste it on non-updating machine in the following folder - depending on the OS:
    Windows XP:     C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Config\
    Windows 7:       C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Config\

    Right click on the shield and select 'Update now'

    This should go through.
