SEC 4.5 cannot update

Hi,

Few days ago we've installed SEC 4.5 on Windows Server 2008 x64 which is our domain controller.

Everything was working fine for 2-3 days but now SEC cannot update.

It's status is:

80040404  Threat detection data update failed.    

80040401  Software update failed.                 

80040406  Delivery failed for software subscription 'Recommended'. Access to the source update location is denied or the location is otherwise unavailable.
I was digging around the net for help but everything I tried was useless. I even contacted Sophos Support but still no solution.
Maybe someone can help.

    Hello Aleksandar,

    there are several threads/posts in this forum about SUM updating errors. Please do an advanced search using the error numbers as keywords. You'll find some hints on pursuing this error. For example look for lines containing boost::filesystem in the SUMTrace logs. Please come back with what you've found.
