Can't clear alerts and errors log form action menu

Hello All,

I need suggest how to clear alerts and error log form enterprise console. From the Actions menu I selected -> Resolve Alerts and Errors - errors tab and alerts tab - blank . But if i saw in enterprise console alerts and errors still appears. Any sugest for that ?

    some alerts (these are usually Update and Install errors)  can't be cleared from the Actions menu. Most common are

    Warning - Restart needed for updates to take effect

    Error   - Download of .... failed

    Error   - Could not find a source for updated packages  

    If the Actions menu is blank either switch to the Alert and Error Details tab or View Computer Details to see the details.

    The resolution for the Warning is obvious. If it is not done before the next version is downloaded the Warning turns into an Error: Failed to install SAVXP: A reboot was required (this for example happens if the client upgraded from 9.5 to 9.7 and has not yet rebooted when 10.0 became available).

    The Download failed errors denote a problem when downloading from the primary location, are usually transient and are cleared upon the next successful complete download from the primary location. Could not find is shown when no download location could be contacted.

    There are others (like A previous version could not be uninstalled or problems with the SophosSAU... impersonation account) which require some troubleshooting performed on the client.
