Sophos endpoint agent will not uninstall on mac

Able to remove the sophos agent on all Macs except one.

Shows removal successful but the product still shows installed. Ran through the removal tool a few times with same results.

Still shows installed.

Could you please check this article and see if it helps. Also, when the uninstaller is unable to run due to a corrupted receipt file, we can use removal tool. If you are receiving any error, I would request you to share the error screenshot.
