Where is "Mac settings" in macOS Catalina?

Just a simple question as I try to help a remote user: where is "Mac settings" as mentioned in https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/134552#How%20to%20correct%20issues ?? We looked for "Security & Privacy" in System Preferences but it's not there.

    Hi ,

    You will need to the "Security and Privacy" section in system preference. Then go the the "Privacy" tab where you will be able to see the "Full Disk Access" option on the left. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. After finding these settings, you can go ahead and follow the steps mentioned in the referenced KB article.
