"Management server connection failed" error when trying to protect new computer

I get a "Management server connection failed" error message when trying to protect a new Window Vista computer. Crash happens immediately after right clicking the computer in my access list and selecting "Protect Computers". Clicking Reconnect will restore the console.

You should copy the error information from the crash pop-up and submit it to Support. BTW - please always include the versions involved when asking for help with errors.
