Sophos AV installing on OS X 10.10.5

I can get Sophos to install ok on OS X, but it never reports back to the Enterprise Console at all. It installs and updates itself to 9.2.8 but it's record imported from AD stays blank. It even says Unknown for the OS. I've tried using scutil and making sure that Hostname, Localhostname, and Computername are all correct and the same case. Firewall is off. GateKeeper allowing installs from Any. Any other ideas, or where I can find a log to aid my troubleshooting efforts? I can ping the server and smb:// to it and update from it. It's just the reporting back to the server is broken.

Hello JoeLansing,

RMS and Agent logs go to /Library/Logs/SophosMessageRouter/ and /Library/Logs/SophosManagementAgent/ respectively. I assume the OS was Unknown after you had imported the computer from AD and this hasn't changed. Did you check the Unassigned group, it might have appeared there. Just in case - you've probably read Which machine name is sent to the Sophos Enterprise Console in different situations, and how to override it if needed, haven't you?
