Adobe CS5 won't install when Sophos 9.7 is installed

I cannot get Adobe CS5 to install on a Server 2008 R2 computer when Sophos 9.7 is installed. I finally found someone else who had the same issue. Here is the link. http://forums.adobe.com/thread/797637

I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?

It looks like Sophos does not like the Adobe Applicaiton Manager.

It might be related to the settings.
Do you block/remove suspicious files automatically?
Do you see anythng in the Sophos logs or the vent viewer?

There is nothing in any of the logs and no matter what I turned off it still would not install.
