Problem with installation

I cannot install sophos 10 on my pc. PC recently upgrades to windows 10, but was also failing to load on 8.2. Are there other programs that interfere with installation?

Hello Bpdocon,

which product are you trying to install (or: where and how did you get it, how are you trying to install)? A common cause is another AV product installed.
