Sophos Endpoint Software How do I get rid of Verti? Although I am running as ADMIN, and am the owner of the two files in quarantine, Sophos doesn't let me clean up Verti.

Hi James, are you able to do any type of clean up in the quarantine? You may need to reboot the endpoint and remove the entries from the quarantine and then you will be able to manually delete them.

If that doesn't work then I would contact support to look at it.

I rebooted the machine several times & still not able to delete them.
