How does the Threat Detection Engine Works? Does it get upgraded or do we always keep the same?

I see that we have threat engine detection 3.60 but the latest one is 3.63. Should I be running 3.63 and if so, why isn't upgraded?

Hi Diane,

If you look at our calendar - www.sophos.com/.../120189.aspx

Threat detection engine hasn't updated to 3.63 unless you are running Preview subscription 10.6.2 currently.

It looks like it will be updated in January for the Recommended subscription.

It will be upgraded on its own when the update is released.

The threat detection engine is what Sophos uses with our IDE updates to detect new files and such
