SUM is not updating but the clients are OK

Hello Guys -

I need you help. I didnt realize that my SUM is not updating, at least the Console shows me that the last update was in 1/26/2011. But checking the client update it looks that my clients are updated, look:

Sophos Anti-Virus = 7.6.21

Estado de la edición = Full

Motor de detección = 3.15.0

Datos de detección = 4.61E

Elementos detectados = 2228429

Identidades de detección = 309

Versión de reglas HIPS = 2.2.0

Versión de configuración HIPS = 1.0.4

Do you have any clue why the console is not updated?

If you right-click and select Update now, does the Download Status change to Downloading binaries and subsequently show Last checked at: ...? Are the clients shown with the correct status and values in SEC or does the information seem to be outdated? Might be that just internal communication is "stuck".

It should do no harm to restart one or more of the Sophos services (I'd try the Management Service and Update Manager first, RMS and Agent are also candidates).
