New Install - Sophos Enterprise Console - Instance of SQL 2005

I am installing a new install of the console on a new server. This server already has SQL 2005 installed but the install is on the D: drive.

When I try to install the console it asks me to install SQL 2008 Express and does not seem to want to install a new instance in the SQL 2005 install. The issue I have is the disk space on C: is low so I can't install SQL on the C: drive it doesn’’’’t give me the option to install SQL 2008 on the D: drive and I would rather have it as a new instance on 2005.

I am wondering if there is any way around this by either adding the new instance ot installing 2008 express on D: drive.
