hi there,
we use FortiClient 7.0.1 in our company - with Sophos 10.2.2 a VPN connection is possible, with EAP 10.3 no longer - do you need a logfile or is the bug already known that EAP 10.3 causes problems with VPN connections?
thank you!

Can you please confirm if this is on an M1 system or Intel based system please. If you have not already, can you please open a support ticket, as 10.3.0 EAP is fully supported. If you have one already, can you please post the number here, and we will ensure it gets looked at.
It is intel devices current. Our German service provider will contact us and check the exceptions. Currently, we also suspect problems triggered by macOS 12 Monterey - but thanks! i just wanted to know if the problem is known within the community.
okay, same problems like here: https://community.sophos.com/intercept-x-endpoint/f/discussions/130929/macos-slowdowns-with-eap-in-monterey-solved-and-extremely-slow-login-with-both-big-sur-and-monterey
this describes our problems currently!
