Sophos Central High Alerts- Intergration With Ticketing Tool

What we understand when a high alert is triggered is an immediate intervention, However when it comes to have an automated Ticket creation for these alerts then we have issues like 

 

Multiple Cases created for Same Alert, Etc.

 

What is the best way to integrate the SOphos High Alerts to the Ticketing Tool (Ex-We use ITSM Tool Cherwell)
