We're running Citrix 7.15 on Server 2016 with Server Protection, managed by Central Cloud.
Using PVS to deploy servers, they all boot from the image and take a personality on boot, this is all working fine and the PVS targets appear in Central console.
We've created a policy for these servers with the recommended exclusions, but now we want to make some changes to that policy...
My question is whether the generalised Server Protection client will take policy rules effectively without reboot. - Obviously on a reboot it's going to start from the prepped image, so if the rules aren't effective until a reboot they will never actually take effect. - I could take the policy on the Master device, then generalise - but obviously I'd rather not!
We're changing the rules on some exclusion files and processes, as well as On-Access settings for read/write local/network, if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance!
