Unable to remove some Sophos registry entries after uninstalling.

I installed Sophos Home some weeks ago. Soon after, I started to have some difficulties with the operating system, Windows 10.

I have don't know whether or not this had anything to do with Sophos, but I decided to uninstall it to check.

There are a few leftover entries which I can't remove. They were discovered by jv16's software leftover tool, but they are still there.

Does Sophos have an uninstallaion tool such as is provided by some other software companies, or does anyone know how I can remove these items without one?

Hello David Bridgen,

what are these few entries? There's no extra tool, uninstallation is like the install done with the Windows Installer. It might leave behind a few entries (for arcane reasons) but these should do no harm (and can normally simply be deleted).

I don't know how to describe them. Unfortunately this site doesn't have the facility to include images, otherwise I would send a picture of all six of them.

Is there a normal email address to which I could send them?

Hello David,

you can simply drag files or images to the editor window here or you could use the Insert menu. Should work with most browsers.
