Device Encryption

Hi,

after a previous ticket to the support, i still have a problem with Sophos Encryption.

"The encryption is not done ..." I reinstalled my pc but no issue. Sophos Endpoint asks me to complete my code for encryption and reboot ... and again and again

My computer is an W10 Pro with the last package Sophos Endpoint (Endpoint, InterceptX and Device Encrypt)

the Policy for Device Encryption in Sophos Central is on ...

Could you have a idea ?
