Need help understanding Central Enterprise Admin console

We are managing Sophos for our members and I am wanting to create and setup the Enterprise Admin console and then add my 8 separate Central instances as sub-estates.  The sales person is pushing me to have professional services do it and charge 1440 for 4 hours of work.  When I said that is to much for what little work looks to be involved he sent me this link.  community.sophos.com/.../127594 to opt-in a sub-estate for Enterprise Admin Access?  

 

It looks pretty cut and dry other than when I want to add an existing central as a sub-estate the only thing it shows is to click opt in for the account details.  

 

Where is the connection point or how do I tell central instance 1 that it's enterprise console is instance 2?
