WindowsCloudClean is missing 'Failed to protect', 'Failed to update' - Why?

We are having issues with new machines and machines already 'protected' down to WindowsCloudClean being missing. I have no idea what that is.

We can connect these machine to the dci sophos website but it doesn't do its 'thing'. Unprotected devices are at 67/240 now and the number rises by one or two a day now as more updates are needed.

We have many offices, one office running with a new XG the others are on Ciscos, all seeing the same issue as I saw a discussion 1 month ago about firewall being a concern. I have a support case with Sophos but it's been over a month so they aren't assisting.

We have attempted to reinstall manually on several machines and that just doesn't work. Removing tamper protection doesn't change.

This is another log for it "Download of WindowsCloudNextGen failed from server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com∕update" which seems to pop up on 1/5 of the unprotected machines.

Didnt have any issues before moving to cloud :(

UPDATE 6/12/17: No change to our upgrades or new machines being protected. Sophos intructed us to use our Enterprise console which isn't in use for Central Cloud.
