Thanks for your words. Sophos Management Service is not running. Tried to run but showing some error. 

When you start it, if it errors, the Application Event log will have the most detailed information.

Sorry for my late reply. SEC was not running though many times Server has been Restarted and checked the update. Also checked services - Sophos services and SQL services and start them n make them Automatic, but then also same state.

Solution was done by installing the SEC over the Old SEC and then SEC was working and visible. But all the time the client pc was getting update timely even SEC server also getting update.
