Other Servers not getting update from SEC Server !!

Question

Hello everybody, 
 
 other Servers not getting Sophos Server protection update from Main Server where SEC Console is installed. 
 May i have some possible common reasons! Which step-by-step way will be good to solve such type of problem?

Hello Riyad, 
 not getting update how did you notice - on the servers or in the console? I assume not getting means download failures - a complete failure or one or more components? If these are Windows servers please start with checking the ALUpdate log in %ProgramData%\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\ .
