Sophos central installation failed

hi im installing sophos central on one of the server. the error message is sophos remote management service is installed. please advise on this matter. thank you.

    Hello Mohd Ridzwan,

    the Remote Management System (RMS) is the communication component of the on-premise Endpoint Security and Control.
    AFAIK the Central installer should try to remove the ESC installation. How did you install - interactive or unattended? Could you show the error you've got and perhaps post the Bootstrap log?
