Central Install failing

 Hi,

 

I have been trying to install Sophos Central Endpoint on to a Win 10 Home PC, I am getting the message  

 

"sophos installation is almost complete", I have been attempting to get it to install for a number of days, and it just doesn't seem to trigger the update. 

 

I have full internet connection and have tried disabling current firewalls, but nothing. 

 

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
