I know this has been asked before, but I have tried every solution that are in the forum and the KB. I have installed properly and after the service fails to start, I log in as normal. When I check the even viewer, the the “authentication service”, “kernel feature client”, “drive encryption controller” are not starting. They all “time out”, but increasing the timeout pipeline does not solve the issue. I am open to any other recommendations other than CEIP. That has not worked and I end up having to WinPE them back to default. I have checked the RPC controller and everything else. These are Win7 workstations and one laptop. All are SP1 and have been updated as far as Windows Updates. Kind of at the end of options. I also disabled ESET (AV software) and tried, with the same result.
