"Installation is almost Complete" Error on install

Hello,

I am installing Sophos anti-virus on a Windows Server 2003 and getting the error mentioned here: community.sophos.com/.../120448 To Do

The Sophos UTM being used shows that the traffic is being allowed. I am also able to resolve the address using nslookup. So far I have tried removing and reinstalling the program, as well as more checks to skip for dzr-mcs-amzn-us-west-2-fa88.upe.p.hmr.sophos.com which the installer is reaching out to according to the logs. And I have rebooted the server multiple times.

Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

If you see that message, you need not do anything; it should continue to attempt to register in the background and should succeed after a few attempts.

Standard support for Server 2003 was ended in May of this year; have you purchased extended support?

Assuming you have, please can you paste in details from your AU logs; ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\logs
